Freight starts at ₹900 and can rise to ₹1,500–2,000 closer to Diwali as transport rates go up, so ordering early also keeps delivery cheaper. Other states are charged the state lorry rate shown on the order page, free above ₹25,000 (₹10,000 for Tamil Nadu and Bangalore).
Good to know
- No home delivery, no cash on delivery. Orders are collected from the parcel office, usually a short distance from your area.
- Tracking. Your order-status page shows the lorry or parcel receipt number after dispatch. Use it to check with the transport office.
- Collecting. Bring the receipt number and a photo ID.
