If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling). All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product.

Please include your order number and reason for return in your email or phone call. Once we have issued an RMA number, please ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving the RMA number.

We will process your refund within 7 business days after we receive the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment was received (e.g., credit card refunds will be credited to the same credit card used for purchase).

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item is defective or damaged upon receipt. If an item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
